JAPCHAE RECIPE
Hi, today I shared
a recipe from Korea, Japchae. This recipe is
simple in ingredients. He was about to make Bibimbap just because
they just replaced rice with noodle. But I used a glass noodle that came from the original
recipe.

I share this recipe for 2 people to eat. The ingredients are
- 1 pack of singong brand glass noodles (half enough).
- The meat (whatever you like and cut into dice).
- 1 carrot stem
- Chili capsicum (according to your taste).
- 1 packet of shitake (soak overnight and slice it)
- 1 clove spinach.
- Half onion
- 1 green onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons roasted sesame
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 to 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 to 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- A little turmeric powder.
Let's get started.
How to make it available. In a bowl mix together the meat, shitake mushrooms, 1
clove chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1
teaspoon sesame oil and 1 teaspoon black pepper. After mixing the ingredients,
mix and simmer for half or 1 hour. Then fry the chicken egg shaped breast. If
the egg whites look pretty, add some turmeric powder. Chop the capsicum chili
and the shallots. Holland onions are sliced. Clean the spinach and strain it.
Then toss and drain on spinach. Put spinach in another large bowl and mix with
sesame oil and soy sauce. Boil the glass noodle until soft. Pour the water and
put in the same bowl and add 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1
tablespoon brown sugar and mix well. Add some oil, fry the onion and onion. Fry
for a while. Next, fry the carrots and a little salt. Fry until vegetables are
soft. Finally, fry the ingredients that we cooked earlier and cook until
properly cooked. Mix all the ingredients together and transfer to a new bowl.
Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds on it.
This way of
cooking Japchae is like
cooking salads. Diet nowadays are great for eating these foods. Hope you can
try. -_-
